The unit is responsible for the smooth running of the University’s Network Operations Centre (NOC) in ensuring seamless planning, deployment and maintenance of bandwidth, network, green energy and other digital infrastructure across the University. The unit is to come up with standard operation procedures capable of achieving sustainable digital transformation given efficient digital infrastructures.
Creation of preventive maintenance schedule for network devices and infrastructure.
Allocation of resources based on the capacity plan.
Demonstrable impact from cross-disciplinary projects
