Introduction

This blueprint establishes a strategic framework and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the University of Ilorin’s Network Operations Centre (NOC). It aims to enhance operational excellence and align with global best practices of world-class universities.

The NOC functions as the university’s network services core, providing campus-wide connectivity and external    campuses. The current infrastructure uses a core-distribution-access model, with fifteen network distributions connecting buildings at access levels.
